  1  1    Amend House File 334 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "6.  If any provision or clause of this section or
  1  5 any application of this section to any person or
  1  6 circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall
  1  7 not affect other provisions or applications of the
  1  8 section which can be given effect without the invalid
  1  9 provision or application, and to this end the
  1 10 provisions of this section are declared to be
  1 11 severable."
