  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1106, to House File 331 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by striking the word "only"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "either".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "inspected" the following:  "or the inspection shall
  1  7 be conducted in the presence of at least one other
  1  8 person".
