  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1027, to House File 142 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "ammunition." the following:  "A person who is sixteen
  1  5 years of age or less shall not hunt deer with a pistol
  1  6 or revolver.  A person who is seventeen or eighteen
  1  7 years of age shall hunt deer with a pistol or revolver
  1  8 only if accompanied by a person who is twenty-one
  1  9 years of age or older."
