  1  1    Amend House File 142 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 18 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 483A.1, subsection 2, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended by adding the following new
  1  6 paragraphs:
  1  7    NEW PARAGRAPH.  g.  Resident pistol or revolver
  1  8 deer hunting license:  
  1  9 .................................................. $      75.00
  1 10    NEW PARAGRAPH.  h.  Nonresident pistol or revolver
  1 11 deer hunting license:  
  1 12 .................................................. $      330.00
  1 13    Sec.    .  Section 483A.8, Code 1997, is amended by
  1 14 adding the following new subsection:
  1 15    NEW SUBSECTION.  4.  The commission shall annually
  1 16 limit the number of resident pistol or revolver deer
  1 17 hunting license to three hundred licenses and the
  1 18 number of nonresident pistol or revolver deer hunting
  1 19 licenses to fifty licenses."
  1 20    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
