  1  3 "shall" the following:  "establish an awareness
  1  4 program to inform employees of the dangers of drug and
  1  5 alcohol use in the workplace and".
  1  6    #2.  Page 9, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "employment," the following:  "a substance abuse
  1  8 treatment program or employee assistance program,".
