         The Senate met in regular session at 9:12 a.m., President Boswell
    presiding.

    Presbyterian Church, Des Moines, Iowa.

    amount of the penalty for failure to file a tax return or deposit form
    before the due date and for failure to remit a certain percent of tax

         Senate File 2043, by Fraise, a bill for  an act relating to the
    HIV-related testing of an alleged offender following an alleged sexual
    assault and making penalties applicable.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 10: Fink, Black, Lundby, Dearden, Freeman, Gronstal,
    Hedge, Judge, Kibbie and Sorensen. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 5:
    Banks, Borlaug, Deluhery, Priebe and Rensink.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
