Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 2046 (formerly Senate File 2011), a bill
for an act removing the confidential status of water and ice vessel
accident reports filed with the natural resource commission of the
department of natural resources and providing for the Acts
applicability.
Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.
Final Vote: Ayes, 10: Fink, Black, Lundby, Dearden, Freeman, Gronstal,
Hedge, Judge, Kibbie and Sorensen. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 5:
Banks, Borlaug, Deluhery, Priebe and Rensink.
Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
*Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
