    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the

                           HOUSE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED

    Senate File 2464

         Senator Gronstal called up for consideration Senate File 2464, a
    bill for  an act relating to housing development, including tax
    increment financing, providing for the assessment of certain property
    for tax purposes, and providing an effective date, amended by the House
    in House amendment S-5738 filed April 12, 1996.

         Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-5873 filed by him on April 30,
    1996, to House amendment S-5738.
