                          UNFINISHED BUSINESS CALENDAR

    House File 476

         On motion of Senator Gronstal, House File 476, a bill for an act
    eliminating the appeal period for the awarding of contracts by the
    purchasing division of the department of general services, with report
    of committee recomending passage, and placed on the Unfinished Business
    Calendar on April 14, 1996, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Gronstal moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (H.F. 476) the vote was:
