    Representative from Clinton, Mr. Bradley; the Representative from
    Muscatine, Mr. Brauns; the Representative from Des Moines, Mr. Cohoon;
    the Representative from Woodbury, Mr. Warnstadt.

         ALSO: That the House has on April 17, 1996, passed the following
    bill in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked:

         House File 2499, a bill for  an act relating to definitions,
    reporting, and remittance guidelines concerning the disposition of
    unclaimed property.

         This bill was read first time and passed on file.



                                     RECESS

         On motion of Senator Horn, the Senate recessed at 11:50 a.m., until
    2:30 p.m.
