Senator Flynn offered amendment S-5727 filed by Senators Flynn and
Connolly from the floor to House amendment S-5708 and moved its
adoption.
Amendment S-5727 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Husak raised the point of order that House amendment S-5708
as amended was not germane.
Senator Husak withdrew his request for a ruling on germaneness.
Senator Neuhauser moved that the Senate concur in the House
amendment as amended.
