Senate File 2467
The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2467, a bill for an
act increasing the nonpublic school tax credit and eliminating the
nonpublic school tax deduction for amounts paid for tuition and
textbooks for nonpublic elementary and secondary schools under the state
individual income tax and providing effective and applicability date
provisions, previously deferred.
Senator Kramer withdrew amendment S-5722 filed by her from the
floor to page 1 of the bill.
Senator Connolly moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
bill was read the last time.
