         Senator Gronstal called up the appointment of Rita D. Sealock as a
    member of the State Racing and Gaming Commission, placed on the
    Individual Confirmation Calendar on April 3, 1996, and found on page
    1240 of the Senate Journal.

         Senator Gronstal moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed
    by the Senate.
