                     CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNORS APPOINTMENTS

                         (En Bloc Confirmation Calendar)

         In accordance with Senate Rule 59, Senator Horn called up the
    following eligible appointees on the En Bloc Confirmation Calendar:

         Sonja L. Larsen as a member of the Agricultural Development
    Authority.

         Dr. Rick D. Wilkerson as a member of the Athletic Trainer Advisory
    Board.

         Kathryn D. Eilers as a member of the Board of Physical and
    Occupational Therapy Examiners.

         Nita L. Taggart as a member of the City Development Board.

         Dr. Vennetta M. Fiedler as a member of the Commission of Elder
    Affairs.

         Brenda Kruse-McConville as a member of the Commission on the Deaf.

         Dr. Beth K. Bruening and Bonnie J. Steege as members of the
    Community Health Management Information System Governing Board.

         Joan Y. Phillips as a member of the Iowa Economic Development
    Board.

         John B. Parks as a member of the Iowa Seed Capital Corporation.

         Joan F. Vitale as a member of the Landscape Architectural Examining
    Board.

         L. Craig Harris and Thomas J. Kregel as members of the Real Estate
    Appraiser Examining Board.

         Marilyn J. Perkins as a member of the School Budget Review
    Committee.

         Susan J. Clouser as a member of the State Board of Education.

         Senator Horn moved that the foregoing appointees be confirmed by
    the Senate.
