    motor vehicle leasing tax and providing an applicability provision.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-5699.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Palmer, Husak, Bennett, Connolly, Deluhery, Drake,
    Freeman, Hedge, Iverson, McLaren,  Neuhauser, Priebe and Szymoniak.
    Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Murphy and Vilsack.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
