         The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2455.

         Senator Neuhauser moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

                          UNFINISHED BUSINESS CALENDAR

    House File 2383

         On motion of Senator Black, House File 2383, a bill for an act
    relating to issuance of free deer and wild turkey hunting licenses to
    certain landowners and tenants, with report of committee recommending
    passage, and placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on March 28,
    1996, was taken up for consideration.
