         Senator Gettings offered amendment S-5482 filed by the committee on
    Transportation on March 21, 1996, to pages 1 and 3 of the bill and moved
    its adoption.

         Amendment S-5482 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Gettings offered amendment S-5585 filed by him on March 28,
    1996, to page 3 and the title page of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5585 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Gettings offered amendment S-5586 filed by him on March 28,
    1996, to page 3 and the title page of the bill.

         Senator Gettings offered amendment S-5595 filed by him on March 28,
    1996, to amendment S-5586 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5595 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Gettings moved the adoption of amendment S-5586 as amended,
    which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Gettings moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
