  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "department" the following:  "or appropriate local
  1  5 authority".
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Section 5 of this Act,
  1  9 being deemed of immediate importance, takes effect
  1 10 upon enactment."
  1 11    #3.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "vehicles" the following:  "and providing an
  1 13 effective date".
