                                BUSINESS PENDING

    House File 2433

         The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2433, a bill for  an
    act relating to the management of waste tires by providing for the
    establishment of a waste tire management fund, allocation of moneys to
    facilitate elimination of waste tires and the establishment of future
    markets for waste tires, providing for the redirection of the existing
    fee on certificates of title of motor vehicles, and providing a repeal,
    previously deferred.

         Senator Kibbie moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (H.F. 2433) the vote was:
