House File 2315 On motion of Senator Connolly, House File 2315, a bill for an act authorizing small quantities of wine to be shipped in an out of this state for consumption or use by persons twenty-one years of age or older, with report of committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5412 filed by the committee on State Government on March 19, 1996, to page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption. Amendment S-5412 was adopted by a voice vote.
