House File 2107 On motion of Senator Vilsack, House File 2107, a bill for an act relating to the requirements regarding human immunodeficiency virus-related tests and making existing remedies applicable, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. LEAVES OF ABSENCE Leaves of absence were granted as follows: Senator Flynn until he arrives on request of Senator Connolly and Senator Banks until he arrives on request of Senator Rife. BUSINESS PENDING House File 2107 The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2107.
