On motion of Senator Vilsack, House File 2107, a bill for an act
relating to the requirements regarding human immunodeficiency
virus-related tests and making existing remedies applicable, with report
of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.
LEAVES OF ABSENCE
Leaves of absence were granted as follows:
Senator Flynn until he arrives on request of Senator Connolly and
Senator Banks until he arrives on request of Senator Rife.
