         The Senate resumed session at 7:54 p.m., President Boswell
    presiding.



                                BUSINESS PENDING

    House File 2416

         The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2416, a bill for  an
    act relating to and making appropriations to certain state departments,
    agencies, funds, and certain other entities, providing for regulatory
    authority and other properly related matters and amendment S-5464 by
    committee on Appropriations, previously deferred.

         Senator Judge offered amendment S-5510 filed by her from the floor
    to page 21 of amendment S-5464 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5510 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Judge asked and received unanimous consent that action  on
    amendment S-5464 as amended and House File 2416 be deferred.



                           BILL REFERRED TO COMMITTEE

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate File
    2330 be referred from the Regular Calendar to the committee on Business
    and Labor.



                  BILLS PLACED ON UNFINISHED BUSINESS CALENDAR

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that the
    following bills be removed from the Regular Calendar and placed on the
    Unfinished Business Calendar:

         Senate Files 2173, 2253, 2258, 2370, 2450, 2451 and Senate
    Concurrent Resolution 112.
