BILL SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR
A communication was received announcing that on March 20, 1996, the
Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
following bill:
SENATE FILE 2083 - Relating to minimum instructional time
requirements for a school week.
CERTIFICATES OF RECOGNITION
The secretary of the senate issued certificates of recognition as
follows on request of Senator Bartz on March 21, 1996:

Athlete/Achievers Scholarship.

Sportsmanship Award.

All-Tournament Team.

Team.
Coaches of the Mason City Mohawks - For coaching the Boys 4-A state
basketball champions.
Managers of the Mason City Mohawks - For managing the Boys 4-A
state basketball champions.
Mason City Mohawks, Mason City - For winning the Boys 4-A state
basketball championship.
The secretary of the senate issued certificates of recognition as
follows on request of Senator Boettger:
Dean Kroll, Avoca - For attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
