         Senate Resolution 107, by committee on Local Government, a senate
    resolution requesting the House of Representatives to override the
    Governors item veto of certain provisions of House File 2114.

         Read first time and placed on calendar.



                                     RECESS

         On motion of Senator Horn, the Senate recessed at 12:02 p.m., until
    2:45 p.m.
