    Nursing Home Adminstrators.

         Aileen F. Mahood as a member of the State Board of Regents.

         John F. Bright and Zell L. Millard as members of the State Judicial
    Nominating Commission.

         Michael K. Guttau as Superintendent of Banking.

         Amy M. Britt, Berneil Preul and James A. Sattler as members of the
    Title Guaranty Division Board.

         Senator Horn moved that the foregoing appoointments be confirmed by
    the Senate.
