Senate File 2350
The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2350, a bill for
an act concerning eligibility for unemployment compensation benefits by
providing that an individual is not disqualified for benefits for
participating in a self-employment assistance program, deferred March 5,
1996.
Senator Dvorsky offered amendment S-5338 filed by him on March 13,
1996, to strike everything after the enacting clause and to the title
page of the bill and moved its adoption.
Amendment S-5338 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Dvorsky moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
bill was read the last time.
