         The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2355, a bill for an
    act relating to domestic abuse, including law enforcement training
    requirements, seizure of weapons, prosecution of misdemeanors by county
    attorneys, and jurisdiction of district associate judges, deferred March
    19, 1996.

         Senator Vilsack offered amendment S-5425 filed by Senators Vilsack,
    et al., from the floor to page 1 of the bill.
