Senate File 2294 On motion of Senator Hammond, Senate File 2294, a bill for an act creating multidisciplinary community services teams and providing a penalty, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Hammond asked and received unanimous consent that action on Senate File 2294 be deferred. Senate File 2355 On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate File 2355, a bill for an act relating to domestic abuse, including law enforcement training requirements, seizure of weapons, prosecution of misdemeanors by county attorneys, and jurisdiction of district associate judges, was taken up for consideration.
