    reappointment as a member of the Iowa Higher Education Loan Authority
    pursuant to Section 261A.5 for a term beginning May 1, 1996, and ending
    April 30, 2002.

         As members of the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy Council pursuant to
    Section 80B.6 for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30,
    2000:

         Roxanne L. Johnson, Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, for
    appointment and Dana R. Peterson, Clive, Polk County, for reappointment.

         For reappointment as members of the Iowa Railway Finance Authority
    pursuant to Section 327I.6 for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and ending
    April 30, 2002:

         Fred E. McKim, Jr., Arnolds Park, Dickinson County, and Emil S.
    Pavich, Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County.

         For reappointment as members of the Iowa Seed Capital Corporation
    pursuant to Section 15E.83 to serve at the pleasure of the Governor for
    four-year terms beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30, 2000:

         John B. Parks, Ames, Story County; Jeanne Partlow, Des Moines, Polk
    County, and Randolph B. Steig, West Des Moines, Polk County.

         Richard H. Opie, Des Moines, Polk County, for reappointment as a
    member of the Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission pursuant
    to Section 8D.3(2) for a term beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April
    30, 2002.

         Richard H. Opie, Des Moines, Polk County, for reappointment as the
    Chair of the Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission pursuant
    to 8D.3(2) for a period beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30,
    1997.

         For reappointment as members of the Landscape Architectural
    Examining Board pursuant to Section 544B.3 for terms beginning May 1,
    1996, and ending April 30, 1999:

         Dennis A. Ausenhus, Ankeny, Polk County; Gregory C. Jones, Des
