IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Files 2322, 2328, 2445, 2158, 2160, 2223, 2381 and House File 2365 be immediately messaged to the House. HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the House: MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the House has on March 13, 1996, passed the following bills in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked: House File 2315, a bill for an act authorizing small quantities of wine to be shipped in and out of this state for consumption or use by persons twenty-one years of age or older. This bill was read first time and passed on file. House File 2456, a bill for an act relating to the rights of victims of criminal acts. This bill was read first time and passed on file. INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION Senate Concurrent Resolution 113, by Drake, a concurrent resolution declaring Miss Iowa an official hostess of the State of Iowa. Read first time and passed on file.
