Absent or not voting, 1: Kramer The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. Senate File 2416 On motion of Senator Boettger, Senate File 2416, a bill for an act relating to the harassment of public officials and establishing a penalty, was taken up for consideration. Senator Lundby asked and received unanimous consent that action on Senate File 2416 be deferred. Senate File 2417 On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate File 2417, a bill for an act relating to juvenile justice including notice requirements for juvenile court actions, custody of and access to a child designated a child in need of assistance, and associate juvenile judge jurisdiction, was taken up for consideration. Senator Douglas asked and received unanimous consent that action on Senate File 2417 be deferred. Senate File 2420 On motion of Senator Hammond, Senate File 2420, a bill for an act relating to juvenile justice, including dispositional alternatives for juveniles adjudicated delinquent, registering with the sex offender registry, and associate juvenile judge jurisdiction, was taken up for consideration.
