    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 135, a bill for an act relating to
    obscenity, by providing for restrictions on public indecent exposure in
    certain establishments and by providing for the abatement of the
    nuisance created by certain establishments concerning obscenity, and
    providing an effective date.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 8: Giannetto, McKean, Bartz, Boettger, Drake,
    Halvorson, Maddox and Redfern. Nays, 7: Vilsack, Bisignano, Fraise,
    Hammond, Hansen, Neuhauser and Szymoniak.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 345, a bill for an act relating to the
    rate of interest charged on judgments and decrees.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 10: Giannetto, McKean, Bartz, Bisignano, Boettger,
    Drake, Fraise, Hammond, Maddox and Redfern. Nays, 4: Vilsack, Halvorson,
    Hansen and Szymoniak. Absent or not voting, 1: Neuhauser.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
