    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Deluhery, Hansen, Jensen, Bartz, Bisignano,
    Douglas, Freeman, Gettings, Gronstal, Hedge, Husak, Priebe and Redfern.
    Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Flynn and Palmer.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 2036, a bill for an act relating to
    certain telephone companies and permitting their reorganization as
    cooperative associations.
