Senator Flynn offered amendment S-5163 filed by Senators Flynn,
Deluhery and Jensen on March 4, 1996, to page 1 and the title page of
the bill and moved its adoption.
Amendment S-5163 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator McKean offered amendment S-5159 filed by Senators McKean,
Lundby and Halvorson on March 4, 1996, to page 1 of the bill.
Senator Gronstal raised the point of order that amendment S-5159
was not germane to the bill.
The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5159 out of
order.
