         Amendment S-5188 lost.

         Senator Kibbie asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    amendment S-5097 by the committee on Natural Resources, continue to be
    deferred.

         The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-5168 by Senator
    Iverson to strike everything after the enacting clause and to the title
    page of the bill, previously deferred.

         Senator Freeman offered amendment S-5196 filed by her from the
    floor to amendment S-5168 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5196 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Kibbie raised the point of order that amendment S-5168 as
    amended was not germane to the bill.

         The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5168 as
    amended out of order.

         Senator Lundby offered amendment S-5204 filed by her from the floor
    to strike everything after the enacting clause of the bill.

         Senator Kibbie raised the point of order that amendment S-5204 was
    not germane to the bill.

         The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5204 out of
    order.
