Absent or not voting, 1: Bartz The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. Senate File 2164 On motion of Senator Bisignano, Senate File 2164, a bill for an act relating to unlawful military or training activity, including the possession of certain real or simulated explosive or incendiary devices, and establishing or making penalties applicable, was taken up for consideration. Senator Giannetto asked and received unanimous consent that action on Senate File 2164 be deferred. Senate File 2208 On motion of Senator Bisignano, Senate File 2208, a bill for an act relating to persons required to register with the sex offender registry and providing a penalty, was taken up for consideration. Senator Bisignano moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question Shall the bill pass?
