    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 166, a bill for an act relating to
    procedures and criteria for recovery by private property owners due to
    inverse condemnation of real property by state government action and
    providing an applicability date.

    Recommendation: DO PASS..

    Final Vote: Ayes, 12: Priebe, Judge, Banks, Boswell, Douglas, Fraise,
    Giannetto, Hedge, Husak, Palmer, Sorensen and Zieman. Nays, none. Absent
    or not voting, 3:  Black, Lundby and McLaren.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.



    JUDICIARY (filed in correction to previous report filed 2-29-96).

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2374 (formerly Senate File 240), a bill
    for an act relating to the timing of parole reviews for class A felons.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Giannetto, Vilsack, McKean, Bisignano, Boettger,
    Drake, Halvorson, Hammond, Hansen, Maddox, Neuhauser, Redfern and
    Szymoniak. Nays, none.  Absent or not voting, 2: Bartz and Fraise.
