    removing the requirement that a corporation which has adopted a
    corporate seal affix the seal to all documents affecting real estate
    executed by the corporation.

    prohibiting a person from soliciting another person to arrange a sex act
    with a child and making a penalty applicable.

    for inheritance taxes, the jurisdiction of the probate court on certain

    establishing certain registration and title plant requirements for
