    confirmed:

         Cynthia P. Snell as a member of the Commission on Judicial
    Qualifications.

                                LOCAL GOVERNMENT

         Pursuant to Senate Rule 59, the committee on Local Government
    assigned to investigate the following governors appointments, completed
    its investigations on February 28, 1996, and recommended the appointees
    be confirmed:

         Susan M. Cosner as a member of the City Development Board.

         Lumir E. Dostal, Jr. as a member of the County Finance Committee.

                    NATURAL RESOURCES, ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY

         Pursuant to Senate Rule 59, the committee on Local Government
