    which the goods or services were provided, and by the department of
    revenue and finance, and providing an effective date.

         Relating to partnerships and amending the uniform commercial code
    by replacing th existing article relating to partnerships and providing
    an effective date.

    SSB 2318
         Commerce

         Providing for the regulation of investment securities under Article
    8 of the Uniform Commercial Code, and providing conforming changes, and
    an effective date.

    SSB 2319
         Commerce

         Relating to the regulation of industrial loan companies by
    establishing certain requirements applicable to a change of control,
    providing for the appointment of the superintendent as receiver, and
    requiring an industrial loan company to obtain federal deposit insurance
    for certain debt instruments, and making a penalty applicable.

         Judiciary

         Relating to estate issues by modifying certain exemptions and tax
    rates for inheritance taxes, the jurisdiction of the probate court on
    certain testamentary trusts, fees payable on certain trusts, and the
    limitation on claims based on medical assistance payments.

         Judiciary

         Establishing certain registration and title plant requirements for
    persons preparing abstracts of title to real property, establishing a
    title plant board of examiners, providing for fees and the use of those
    fees, and providing an effective date.
