    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the State Government
    Committee on Senate File 2326 and they were attached to the committee
    report.

    relating to motor vehicle records and providing an effective date.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Connolly, Dearden, Drake, Fink, Giannetto, Halvorson, Lind, Lundby,
