    Final Vote: Ayes, 18: Murphy, Boswell, Banks, Bartz, Bisignano, Dvorsky,
    Flynn, Fraise, Gronstal, Halvorson, Hammond, Husak, Judge, Kibbie,
    Neuhauser, Rensink, Tinsman and Vilsack. Nays, 5: Borlaug, Douglas,
    Iverson, Lind and McLaren. Absent or not voting, 2: Black and Kramer.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Appropriations
    Committee on Senate File 2098 and they were attached to the committee
    report.



    STATE GOVERNMENT

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2012, a bill for an act relating to the
    conduct of raffles.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 8: Gronstal, Kibbie, Bisignano, Dearden, Fink,
    Giannetto, Lundby and Sorensen. Nays, none. Pass, 1: Drake. Absent or
    not voting, 6: Rittmer, Bennett, Connolly, Halvorson, Lind and McLaren.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2074, a bill for an act relating to the
    dates on which city hospital or health care facility trustees take and
    depart from office.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Giannetto, Lundby and Sorensen. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 6:
