TWENTY SECOND CALENDAR DAY THIRTEENTH SESSION DAY Senate Chamber Des Moines, Iowa, Monday, January 29, 1996 The Senate met in regular session at 2:00 p.m., President Boswell presiding. Prayer was offered by the Reverend Sushil Joseph, pastor of the Dallas Center United Methodist Church, Dallas Center, Iowa. The Journal of Thursday, January 25, 1996, was approved. INTRODUCTION OF BILL Senate File 2092, by Priebe, a bill for an act providing for an exemption for employers of persons subject to the ignition interlock requirement and a prohibition against termination of the persons employment due to the ignition interlock requirement, and providing effective dates.
