    Final Vote: Ayes, 8: Priebe, Judge, Black, Boswell, Fraise, Giannetto,
    Palmer and Sorensen. Nays, 6: Bartz, Banks, Douglas, Hedge, McLaren and
    Zieman. Absent or not voting, 1: Husak.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
