The House met pursuant to adjournment at 8:50 a.m., Speaker pro
tempore Van Maanen of Marion in the chair.
Prayer was offered by Reverend Glenn Kappelmann, First Lutheran
Church and Vernon Lutheran Church, Dows.
The Journal of Tuesday, January 30, 1996 was approved.

mental health and developmental disability funding provisions
and including an applicability provision and an effective date.
