 1     Amend the House amendment, S-5649, to Senate File
 2   2420, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
 3     1.  Page 1, line 34, by striking the word
 4   "intimidate" and inserting the following:  "use,
 5   intimidate,".
 6     2.  Page 1, line 34, by inserting after the word
 7   "person" the following:  "without justification".
 8     3.  Page 1, line 37, by inserting after the word
 9   "death" the following:  "without justification".
10     4.  Page 1, line 48, by inserting after the word
11   "person" the following:  "without justification".
The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-5873, to the House amendment.
Kreiman of Davis moved that the bill, as amended by the House,
further amended by the Senate and concurred in by the House, be
read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion
prevailed and the bill was read a last time.
