Cataldo of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
the following amendments filed by him on April 1, 1996, H-5763
and H-5764.
Disney of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
