ISAACSON Chief Clerk of the House COMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Senate File 2351, a bill for an act relating to department of economic development programs, including the workforce development fund program and the Iowa small business new jobs training Act, providing a supplemental new jobs credit from withholding, establishing a rural microbusiness assistance program, increasing the funds available for the value-added agricultural products and processes program, making an annual allocation from an appropriation, and establishing an effective date.
