ELIZABETH A. ISAACSON Chief Clerk of the House Report adopted. BILL SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR A communication was received from the Governor announcing that on March 20, 1996, he approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the following bill: Senate File 2083, a bill for an act relating to minimum instructional time requirements for a school week. PRESENTATION OF VISITORS Siegrist of Pottawattamie presented to the House Mike Peterson, former Member of the House representing Carroll County and Bill Trent, former Member of the House representing Muscatine County. The Speaker announced that the following visitors were present in the House chamber: Girl Scout Troop 296 from Atlantic, accompanied by Mrs. Jensen and Mrs. Friday. By Weidman of Cass. Twenty-four students from Waco High School, Wayland, accompanied by Mr. John Satre. By Heaton of Henry. Forty-four High School students from North High School, Sioux City, accompanied by Mr. Ted Peters. By Warnstadt of Woodbury.
