Amendment H-5166 was adopted, placing amendment H-5062,
previously deferred and filed by Holveck of Polk on February 8,
1996, out of order.
Weigel of Chickasaw asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-5063 filed by him on February 8, 1996.
Rants of Woodbury moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
