The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared
to have passed the House and the title was agreed to.

House File 2425, a bill for an act relating to drainage district
bid bonds, assessment payments, subdistricts, and drainage
discharge liability, was taken up for consideration.
Witt of Black Hawk offered the following amendment H-5201 filed
by him and moved its adoption:

H-5201

 1     Amend House File 2425 as follows:
 2     1.  By striking page 3, line 29, through page 4,
 3   line 12.
 4     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
Amendment H-5201 lost.
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
that House File 2425 be deferred and that the bill be placed on
the unfinished business calendar.
